FAQs

Q: Can I enter without an approval sticker?

A: No, the club will not permit entrance, if found on the route, you will be asked to leave by a club member.

Q: Can I enter the route anywhere?

A: No, you may only enter the route from the entry point southbount 4th st south between 2nd ave and 3rd ave south, as well as northbound 18th st south at 3rd ave south.

Q: My vehicle is having troubles, where can I exit?

A: You may exit the route at any intersection. To regain access to the route, it must be done from the entry point southbount 4th st south between 2nd ave and 3rd ave south and northbound 18th st south at 3rd ave south. 

Q: Can I do a burnout?

A: No, all road rules apply and police will be monitoring the route for any illegal driving activity. The club encourages legal and safe driving along the cruise route.

Q: I see a car without a sticker, what can I do?

A: Contact any volunteer at an intersection in hi vis vests or any club member in a bright orange street wheelers shirt.

Q:  My Vehicle application was rejected. How do I get a refund?

A: Refunds will be issued to the original payment form before the event.

Q: I failed to show up to the event, Can I get a refund? 

A: No shows will not be issues refunds. 

Q: Can I register more than one vehicle?                                                                                                                                           

A:  Register your vehicles individually to be subject for approval.  You are not limited to how many vehicles you can register



The buyer understands and accepts that participation in the Classic Car Controlled Cruise is subject to meeting all event rules and regulations. If it is determined that the buyer's vehicle does not meet the event criteria or violates any rules, the organizers reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel the purchase.
The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during the Classic Car Controlled Cruise. This includes but is not limited to traffic laws and event-specific guidelines provided by the organizers.
The buyer acknowledges that participation in the Classic Car Controlled Cruise involves inherent risks and hazards. The organizers and associated parties accept no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of the event.
The buyer understands and agrees that the organizers have the authority to enforce event rules and make decisions regarding participant eligibility and behavior.
The buyer releases and waives any claims against the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates of the Classic Car Controlled Cruise for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the event.
